2018 AFLS-Vietnam Reunion

The 2018 AFLS-Vietnam Reunion was held on September 27 – September 30, at the Radisson Hotel in Branson, Missouri. We enjoyed a guided tour of the College of the Ozarks and a lunch at the campus Culinary Arts School. Most attended the Baldknobers Show. Several of us toured the amazing Wonders of Wildlife National Museum and Aquarium in Springfield. Ed Fake counseled us on VA benefits and the Friday night banquet was followed by an inspirational talk by Carl Dietrich. On Sunday morning Ron Chin led a service to honor our fallen comrades.

2016 AFLS-Vietnam Reunion

The 2016 AFLS-Vietnam Reunion was held on September 29 - October 2, at the Radisson Hotel in Branson, Missouri. We enjoyed a guided tour of the Branson area followed by a tour of the College of the Ozarks and a lunch at the campus Culinary Arts School. Most attended the Clay Cooper and the #1 Hits of the ‘60’s and ‘50’s shows. We also participated in a memorial service Sunday morning to honor our fallen comrades.

2014 AFLS-Vietnam Reunion

The first AFLS-Vietnam reunion was held May 7 – May 10, 2014 in San Antonio, Texas. AFLS-Vietnam attendees were honored during the 60th anniversary celebration of the Defense Language Institute (DLI) English Language Center at Joint Base San Antonio Lackland. Many AFLS-Vietnam instructors received their English language training at Lackland.
